I met Helen Hall years ago whilst we were both students studying Anatomy in Motion with Gary Ward (Author of What the Foot).

I’ve always loved her enthusiasm for wanting to know more and more knowledge about the human body.

Coming from a run coaching background myself, I was fascinated with how she coached runners . This definitely wasn’t the way I was taught!

Learning how she helped people become more aware of how they run and hearing some of her hilarious ‘cues’ to help people ‘find better’ in their running was so refreshing.

A few months ago, I was fortunate enough to have an all day session with Helen and got to walk on her incredible machine ‘Doris’ – learning from Helen has influenced how I now see clients – absolutely nothing in the body is working in isolation.

If you have not listened already – I urge you to listen to her podcasts with Dr Chatterjee.

She also has a fantastic book – ‘Even with your shoes on’ – a great read for any runner!

"I've been to loads of physios over the years for sporting injuries - mountain biking, snowboarding, running. None of them are a patch on Sally. Rather than treating the symptoms Sally focuses on the root cause to fix the problem and stop it occurring again. I would heartily recommend Sally to anyone. I'm back able to do the things I love most which is what is all about!"

"With the help of Move Well my right foot is feeling awesome! Although, my big toe is in shock with now having to actually behave. What a huge difference it's making and looking forward to seeing more improvements."

"Thank you so much, I can’t tell you what a difference you have already made, physically and emotionally! You’re amazing!"
