***RANT ALERT**

“WHY ARE MY CALVES TIGHT”? he said to me

He has spent years struggling with tight calves

Constantly stretching them

Constantly getting them massaged

His recent trip to see a ‘professional’ told him to stretch the calves more, do calve raises, massage the calves – strengthen the glutes

WTF (WHAT THE FOOT)!

The PROBLEM was not his TIGHT CALVES, the PROBLEM was that all his treatment had focused on his TIGHT CALVES!!

STOP treating your calves i said

LEAVE the calves alone I said

Lets ask smarter questions.

WHY are the calves tight?

WHAT is happening at the foot and the hip, the spine, the other leg?

HOW can we get the WHOLE body to move well together?
